No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products, including but not limited to:

Event Tickets
For sanitary and quality control purposes, returned hair products cannot be restocked or resold.
No Refunds
All purchases made through iSELLHAIR are non-refundable.
Once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, delivered, downloaded, or accessed, refunds will not be issued.
Loyalty Rewards Credit
In certain situations and at the sole discretion of iSELLHAIR, we may offer store rewards points through our Loyalty Rewards Program instead of a refund.
Any loyalty points issued:

Have no cash value

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Cannot be transferred to another customer

May only be used toward eligible future purchases

Loyalty Program Requirement
To receive loyalty reward points, customers must have an active iSELLHAIR customer account and be enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Program at the time the points are issued.
Customers who check out as guests or who do not create an account may not be eligible to receive loyalty reward points.
iSELLHAIR is unable to issue points to customers who do not have an active account associated with their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 12** hours of delivery**.

Claims submitted after 12 hours may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact iSELLHAIR first regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, denial of future purchases, and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
Digital Products
All digital products, ebooks, downloads, coaching sessions, training materials, and event tickets are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds.
